Habinator Health Coach is based on lifestyle medicine - Science of using nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management, substance use, and social connections to treat chronic conditions.

We believe that using the principles of lifestyle medicine to create a healthy lifestyle is the key to increase energy, get rid of negative behaviors, and therefore improve productivity in everything you do.

Health is the result of healthy habits and you can learn to build habits.

Setting a goal correctly is crucial for success. We will help you determine the Goal in the way scientists recommend, and give you additional motivation to help you achieve it.

02. Track Progress

Habinator motivates and supports you to reach goals and build habits. To help you achieve your goals, you can set reminders and track your progress as you go.

03. Learn & Optimize

Beginning sustainable lifestyle changes is a learning process. If you make mistakes or don’t get it right the first time, learn and continue growing! Setting yourself up for success requires finding what works for you and learning as you go.

04. Success

You are going to succeed eventually! Right now though, you can decide whether you want to do it alone or with the help and support of our app, with the community, or hire a coach!
