Research & Resources

Here is a growing list of research articles (mostly meta-analyses and systematic reviews, when done right, are the most reliable source of scientific information available). Single quality and independent research articles are reliable sources of recent facts, but we want to keep them separate to keep up with scientific research and new information.

Books and studies about the goals have been used as a theory base (or just inspiration) in the process of developing Habinator. Our goal is to implement ever-growing research data and new evidence-based tools into practice in the platform.
