Consent to process your sensitive personal data and health data.

Your health data is considered a special category of personal data under Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of European Union and is therefore particularly protected. According to Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. a) GDPR, this data can only be processed with your explicit consent.
Your consent is voluntary. However, using the app without processing the data mentioned below is technically not possible according to law.
This consent declaration refers to your use of the mobile app "Habinator" and associated services distributed by Habinator UG. Habinator UG is located at Eifflerstrasse 43, 22769 Hamburg, Germany referred to here as "Habinator".
Processed Health Data
The health data this consent covers includes:
- Demographic and health values (gender, location, dietary and lifestyle habits, body fat, weight, skin color, etc.)
- Health vital values (manually entered or read via the central health interfaces of mobile operating systems (cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, fat and muscle values, pulse, steps, stress level, etc.)
- Action plans (selection of the Goals, Tasks, reminder times, Day end time, and their descriptions )
- Progress status (timestamp) for completed actions.
- Technical data such as the date and time of retrieval, duration of use, the functions called up, the amount of data transmitted, and the successful call.
- In the event of email or telephone contact: any information you voluntarily provide to us.
- Within the framework of account management: username, email address, product version, registration date, last login.
Data Storage
We only store your personal data as long as necessary. This period may vary depending on the specific use of your data. For example, if you provided us with personal data when creating an account, we might keep this information as long as your account exists in our system. Once your personal data is no longer required for this purpose, we will delete or anonymize it by removing all details that identify you.
If necessary, however, we can keep your personal data to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations or for archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes, or for statistical purposes.

Consent to Data Processing for the Provision of the Service Guarantee
I hereby voluntarily agree that Habinator may use the above-mentioned special categories of personal data for the purpose of providing the service guarantee.
Consent to Data Processing for Statistical Evaluation for Quality Assurance and Product Improvement
I hereby voluntarily agree that Habinator may also use the above-mentioned special categories of personal data for the purposes of continuous further development and product improvement of the app and for statistical evaluations.
Possibility of Revocation
I hereby declare that I am aware that I can revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to team@habinator.com. In the event of a revocation, my data covered by the consent will be deleted immediately. However, if I do not give consent or if I revoke it, the app can no longer be used.
